Internal communication
Did you know that individuals who feel that they belong are healthier and more productive? And that good communication is crucial to how teams can effectively navigate change? With the pandemic reshaping the workplace, internal communication (IC) is no longer a nice-to-have but a must-have.
IC is a field in corporate communication also known as employee communication. Some will define it as managing information inside the organisation. I call it the conscience of an organisation. If you want to win externally, you have to start internally. It's the same with individuals as with teams.
Do you need to get your internal communication right? I have years of experience in this field and have worked with organisations from different industries ranging from 10 to 40,000 employees. It is one of my favorite communication fields that I conducted a research on 'internal communication and belonging' for my Executive MSc program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IS GOOD FOR

If you are a mission-driven organisation and you would you like your story to be told, let me help you. Whether you are into sustainability, regeneration or diversity and inclusion, I have a background working in international development and European-funded projects. I also have a an MA in Development Communication where it was born -- the University of the Philippines Open University.
