Hi, I’m Chared, the driving force behind Good Comms. I am a lifelong learner, ultralight traveler & strengths-based parent & partner who also works as communication consultant, trainer & coach.
As communication consultant, I lend my expertise to projects that create navigable (culture) change, improve employee experience & encourage sustainable development.
With 20+ years in the communication field, I have both the depth & range in experience & skills — and have worked with organisations such as Booking, Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), SNV World, non-profits in the life sciences, news bureaus & European-funded projects.
As trainer, I deliver workshops on belonging, culture (change) & storytelling. An advocate for belonging at work, my workshop on the topic is based on research & lived experience.
As transformational coach, I support individuals in transition to help them through the journey & have fun in the process.
