— Hands-on, minds-on. Stories and metaphors. 100% participation. This is

co-creation with LEGO® Serious Play®.

As a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, I bring over two decades of experience in storytelling, communication, and facilitation to create interactive workshops that inspire creativity, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue. With a passion for inclusive leadership and belonging, I use this evidence-based methodology to help teams and leaders unlock fresh perspectives, co-create innovative solutions, and build stronger connections.

I specialize in designing tailored workshops for diverse settings, from corporate strategy and team alignment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. My unique approach integrates behavioral science, systems thinking, and my own 4C’s framework—Challenge, Construct, Connect, and Capture—ensuring every session delivers actionable insights and tangible outcomes.

Whether it’s helping social impact entrepreneurs map their contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals or guiding organizations through visioning exercises for the future, my workshops empower participants to see the bigger picture and their role in shaping it.

Clients value my ability to create a brave space where every voice is heard, leveraging LEGO® Serious Play® to foster deep reflection, engagement, and creative problem-solving. Let’s build something impactful, brick by brick.

LEGO® Serious Play®

LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitative methodology originally designed to enhance innovation and business performance. By using LEGO® bricks as a medium, participants express ideas and solve problems through a hands-on, minds-on learning approach. It is now used for a wide range of applications, from team building and leadership development to exploring complex issues like identity, diversity, and organizational change.

This method is particularly effective in inclusive training because it encourages equal participation, supports diversity of thought, and fosters an understanding of different perspectives within a safe, familiar and creative environment.

How I work

You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.

What they say

My experience with the LEGO® workshop is that it encourages you to analyze your own processes, both professionally and personally. Working with your hands as a start clears the mind for reflection.

The LEGO® Serious Play® session hosted by Chared gave me good insights. By building with the LEGO® bricks, you look at things from a different angle, and it helped me to organize my thoughts on the goals I want to focus on.
